Returns & Refunds Policy
At The Tire Covers, every item is custom-made to order. Because of this, our returns process is a little different from standard retail โ please read this policy carefully.
Our Quality Guarantee
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will send a replacement at no charge. You do not need to return the original item.
Issues covered under our quality guarantee:
- Printing defects (blurry image, misaligned print)
- Physical damage present upon arrival
- Significant colour discrepancies that materially differ from the approved design
- Missing or incorrect items in your order
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong product โ wrong size, wrong design, or wrong item โ please contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Colour Variations
Slight colour differences between your screen and the finished product are normal and result from monitor calibration and the printing process. Minor colour variations within industry-standard tolerance are not eligible for a return or replacement.
Sizing Issues
We strongly encourage you to use our Tire Size Guide before placing your order. Because every cover is printed to order specifically for you, we don't hold inventory and are unable to accept returns or process exchanges on incorrectly sized orders. Each piece is made from scratch the moment your order is placed โ which means we simply don't have the facility to restock or resell returned items.
That said, we know mistakes happen. If you ordered the wrong size, we'll extend a one-time 50% discount toward a replacement in the correct size. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll get you taken care of.
Please note: if the size you received differs from the size you ordered, that's a fulfillment error on our end โ and we'll replace it at no cost to you.
What Is Not Covered
- Incorrect shipping address: We cannot refund orders delivered to a wrong address due to an error at checkout
- Refused or unclaimed packages: Packages refused at delivery or returned unclaimed are not eligible for a refund
- Change of mind: Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind
- Carrier-confirmed deliveries: If tracking confirms delivery, we cannot offer a free replacement
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Production begins shortly after your order is placed. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order. If production has already begun, a cancellation fee of 25%โ50% of the order value may apply. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

- Your order number
- Your name and the email address used to place the order
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem (required for quality and damage claims)
