Refund policy

All of our spare tire covers are custom printed to order. Because each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on correctly printed and sized items.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, printed incorrectly, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@thetirecovers.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you โ€” no return of the original product required.

Wrong Size Ordered
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, please contact us at support@thetirecovers.com as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee exchanges on correctly made products, we will do our best to assist you, especially if production has not yet begun.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production typically begins and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

European Union โ€” 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Contact us at support@thetirecovers.com to initiate this process.
