Thank you for shopping with The Tire Covers. Every spare tire cover in our store is custom-made to order by our trusted print-on-demand partner. Please read through our shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.

Order Processing & Production Time

Because every product is made specifically for you, orders require a short production period before they ship. Please allow:

  • Tire covers & car accessories: 2โ€“3 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the facility.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Once produced and handed to the carrier, please allow the following transit times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3โ€“7 business days

In total, most orders arrive within 5โ€“10 business days from the date of purchase.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery timeframes vary by destination:

  • Express International (select countries): 3โ€“7 business days after production
  • Standard International: 10โ€“15 business days for most destinations; 20โ€“30 business days for remote regions

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before purchasing if you are unsure what fees may apply.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot reroute packages once shipped and cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before production begins.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows no movement or your package appears lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement at no cost โ€” provided the address on the order was correct.

If the carrier's tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbours and your local post office.
